This is a Microtech Siphon II lever action ink pen that was previously owned. The pen is in overall excellent pre-owned condition, with the only obvious wear being present under the lever where it contacts the body and on thr barrel where it slides in and out of the body.
Included is the pen itself and all relevant packaging (box, pamphlet, etc)
