Shipping & Returns

Firearm Shipping:

All firearms MUST be shipped to an approved FFL and must be approved within the confines of the ship-to state's laws. Firearms and ammunition are all non-refundable and non-returnable. No exceptions. Firearms transferred in store are typically checked in and ready for pick within 24 hours of reception.

Return Policy: 

We are confident in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a product that doesn't match our description or is damaged, please reach out to us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery, and we'll make it right through a straightforward return process. The item should remain in the same condition as when it was received. Providing photos or other evidence of the issue can significantly speed up the return process.

In case of an error on our part or if the product is damaged, we will cover return shipping and either replace the item or provide a refund. We will only supply a return shipping label if we inadvertently send the wrong product, an occurrence we aim to prevent.

In instances where you change your mind about the product, you may return it within 7 days. Please ensure that you inform us before sending the item back. In such cases, we will either:

  • Refund the original purchase price minus a restocking fee of up to 20% and any additional shipping and transaction fees (3% standard and 6% for Sezzle/AfterPay processed payments).
  • Issue a store credit e-gift card in the original purchase amount minus any non-free shipping costs and typically a lower restocking fee. Our gift cards do not expire.

Our definition of "new" is as follows: We define new as in the same condition as the item was received in. That is, the item must remain in the same condition as when it was delivered to us from the manufacturer, without any signs of use, wear, or having been actively carried.

Upon initiating a return or exchange request, you should send the item back to us within two business days using a shipping method of your choice, although we recommend UPS or USPS.

Order cancellations will incur a 3% fee for standard card payments or a 6% fee for Sezzle/AfterPay payments. Should your order have already shipped using a non-free shipping option, the shipping fee will not be refunded. Early cancellations, made before payment has been fully processed, may be eligible for a full refund without any deductions, depending on the payment method used.

Please note, returns on custom knives may attract a restocking fee of up to 20% due to the costs involved in delivering these special items.

All returns must be communicated with us prior to shipment. Sender is responsible for shipping back to them if an item is shipped to us prior to authorization of return from us. This is in the case that an item is sent back without authorization, and a return agreement is not accepted. Upon receiving the returned item, we will facilitate the necessary return or exchange, given the item is still new and all original packaging is returned and in original condition as it was received.

Non-returnable items include: Firearms, ammunition, and any perishable items.

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange based solely on our discretion.  

For exchanges: if your order has already been shipped, we need to receive it back before sending you the exchanged item. If you choose to purchase the replacement item through our website without discussing the exchange process with us, the returned order will be treated as a standard return and relevant fees will apply.

Items that have been used or damaged are ineligible for return, no exceptions. In case a used or damaged item is sent back, we reserve the right to return it to you. If an item has been carried, a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. New, unused, and uncarried items are subject to only payment/shipping fees.

All returns should be packed in a shipping box, not a bubble mailer or bag. Failure to adequately package your item may result in a fee if the item gets damaged during transit. The return should not be sent with a shipping label attached to the manufacturer's box as it may result in a fee for box replacement.

We strongly advise insuring your return package for its full value, as a strong suggestion, although it's not a requirement. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit.

Frequent returns/cancellations may result in the customer being barred from future purchases. Failure to adhere to our policies can also lead to the same consequence.
